Legal Victories for Priscilla Rainey as $7 Million Judgment Against The Game Prevails

In a recent court development, Priscilla Rainey, who previously accused rapper The Game of sexual assault, achieved another legal triumph as she successfully secured a $7 million judgment against him. This marks the latest chapter in a legal saga that began with Rainey's allegations during the filming of The Game's reality show, "She’s Got Game."

Rainey's victory extends beyond the initial judgment, as she navigated a legal battle over the rapper's alleged attempts to evade payment. The accuser asserted that The Game, legally known as Jaceyon Taylor, orchestrated the transfer of assets to avoid settling the $7 million debt owed to Rainey. Court documents reveal that Rainey, along with The Game’s manager, Cash Jones (also known as Wack 100), testified in court, while The Game himself did not make an appearance.

According to Rainey's claims, The Game resigned as the manager of JTT Holdings and subsequently transferred the company to Wack 100. The lawsuit further alleges that JTT Holdings exclusively transferred the deed to Wack, preventing Rainey from seizing The Game’s property to satisfy the judgment.

Wack 100, however, vehemently denied any wrongdoing, asserting that the property transfer was a settlement for a debt owed to him by the rapper. Despite the legal dispute, Rainey disclosed to the court that she has only received $500,000 of the $7 million owed to her by The Game.

In her pursuit of justice, Rainey enlisted the help of a private investigator to secure the judgment stemming from her 2015 lawsuit. The original case detailed allegations of repeated sexual assault by The Game during the production of his reality show. Rainey's tenacity in pursuing both the initial legal victory and subsequent efforts to collect the judgment underscores the challenges faced by survivors seeking justice in high-profile cases.

The legal proceedings shed light on the complexities surrounding financial compensation in cases of sexual assault, emphasizing the importance of accountability and transparency within the entertainment industry. Priscilla Rainey's persistent pursuit of justice serves as a notable chapter in the ongoing conversation about the legal ramifications of misconduct in the spotlight.
