According to TMZ Judge Mathis pulled up to Flood’s Bar And Grille in His Rolls Royce last week. Once he picked his car back up to leave that’s when things went left.
The valet attendant reportedly had Judge Mathis keys in his pocket while he went to get another car, which made Mathis wait 10 to 15 minutes to receive his car.
Judge Mathis confronted the Valet and when the Valet explained himself Mathis got angrier. This led Mathis to allegedly spit on the Valet and drive off.
The valet has filed a police report for criminal assault against Mathis.
