Wendy’s Employee Fired After Taking Bath In Kitchen Sink
Story Via Yahoo - Last week Milton, Florida, local Haley Leach posted a video to Facebook showing a male employee bathing in the kitchen sink of a nearby Wendy's. She commented, "I don’t suggest anyone eating at the Milton Wendy’s again 🤮 🤮 🤮". Since then, the video has gone viral at 1.1 million views and more than 16 thousand shares.
While many took to Facebook to comment on how disgusting this was and how this teenage boy should be reprimanded, others found that all of this was a dramatic overreaction to immature teenage behavior.
Regardless, with that much media attention, this unsanitary behavior was difficult to ignore. A day after the incident occurred, inspectors from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation visited the Milton Wendy's (the restaurant did, in fact, pass a routine sanitation inspection on Tuesday).
According to the Pensacola News Journal, it appears that the employee was also fired soon after. The paper was able to reach out to Carlisle's (the company that owns this particular Wendy's) marketing director Mike Johnson who commented via email they are "taking this incident seriously and it is obviously totally unacceptable. This was a prank by a person who no longer works at this restaurant, and who clearly did not use good judgment."

Rapper Willie Bo Was Shot 55 Times In 3.5 Seconds By Police
Report finds cops were "reasonable" in fatally shooting Bay Area rapper Willie Bo 55 times in 3.5 seconds after being found sleeping in car.
Willie Bo a.k.a. Willie McCoy was 20 years old when he was shot 55 times by Vallejo police officers.
Back in February 2019, Willie was shot and killed outside local Taco Bell, all while sitting in his own vehicle.
The police were called by Taco Bell employees to check on a man sleeping in his car at their drive-thru
According to police, Willie was asleep in his car and had a handgun on his lap. He awoke and didn't follow commands, causing six officers to fire 55 times in under 4 seconds, killing Willie.
In a recent update, a retired peace officer with experience in training police officers in the use of force said the Vallejo police officers' fatal shooting was reasonable and in line with modern training and police practices.
In Willie's defense, his civil rights attorney disagrees with this, stating that the police "failed to establish a plan of action to safely remove McCoy from the car and violated longstanding officer safety principles."

Nipsey Hussle Will Be Receiving The Humanitarian Award At 2019 BET Awards

The late California rapper will posthumously receive the Humanitarian Award for his work as an entrepreneur, musician and tireless effort of building several businesses, including his Marathon Clothing store, in the Crenshaw District of South Los Angeles.
"As a prolific artist and leader, Nipsey Hussle was zealous about driving change for the betterment of his community, empowering and employing those in need and being an influential and highly respected leader," said Connie Orlando, Executive Vice-President, Head of Programming at BET, in a press release.
"His passing was a tremendous loss to the entertainment industry and to the culture. We will continue to remember his advocacy and be inspired by the groundwork he set forth and his dire commitment to social change. We are forever grateful, humbled and honored to have experienced his presence and we are invested in doing our part to ensure that the marathon will indeed continue. It is an immense honor for us to recognize him with this year's Humanitarian Award."
In addition, DJ Khaled, YG and John Legend will perform a special tribute to Neighborhood Nip, which will go down as one of the most memorable performances of the night.
The 2019l BET Awards will air live from Nip's hometown of Los Angeles on June 23 at 8 p.m. EST.
Starting in 2020, it will be illegal in Nevada to not hire someone because they failed their marijuana test.
Nevada has become the first state to ban employers from refusing to hire job applicants who fail a marijuana screening test.
The law, signed June 5 by Gov. Steve Sisolak, will take effect at the start of 2020.
“It is unlawful for any employer in this State to fail or refuse to hire a prospective employee because the prospective employee submitted to a screening test and the results of the screening test indicate the presence of marijuana,” the law states.
