Tekashi 6ix9ine testifies Cardi B is member of Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang
Rapper-turned-snitch Tekashi 6ix9ine threw rhymesters Cardi B and Jim Jones under the bus as members of the Bloods as he testified about how he used his former crew for fame, on Thursday.
The 23-year-old rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, ticked off the names of Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members as he took the stand in Manhattan federal court against reputed associates Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.
Under cross-examination, Tekashi confirmed that Cardi B was a Bloods member, though he denied he copied her blueprint for fame by including members in his music videos.
“I knew who she was. I didn’t pay attention,” he told the court.
6ix9ine Testifies That Trippie Redd Was A Gang Member
6ix9ine has started his testimony against his one-time gang associates Anthony "Harv" Ellison and Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack, and in it, he reportedly mentioned Trippie Redd, a former collaborator-turned-rival.
According to reporter Matthew Russell Lee, who is live-tweeting from the court, 6ix9ine alleged that Trippie was once a member of a gang.
"Trippie Redd was part of Five Nine Brims, Hernandez testifies," writes Lee, who refers to Tekashi by his government name of Daniel Hernandez.
For his testimony, which has been speculated about for weeks now, the rapper is expected to discuss allegedly being kidnapped by Ellison and both Ellison and Mack's alleged gang activity. He is also expected to testify that his role in the Nine Trey gangwas to "make money for the gang and distribute that money among Nine Trey members."
6ix9ine is taking the stand in court, but it is unknown whether his family members are present. According to previous reports, the rapper's family was not planning to show up for the testimony in court because they feared for their lives.

Free Atkins diet bars came in some plus-size orders, shoppers reported on social media with many saying they felt "fat-shamed" and "body-shamed."
Forever 21 confirmed in a statement to USA TODAY that samples are occasionally included with online orders but that this sample was included in orders "across all sizes and categories." The samples have "since been removed," Forever 21 said.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, a Tarrant County court jury has sentenced Tay-K to 55 years in prison after he was found guilty of one count of murder in the death of Ethan Walker and pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated robbery.
Tay-K, real name Taymor McIntyre was found guilty on the murder charge on July 19. During his trial, prosecutors referenced to his music video for “The Race,” a track which made the rapper a rising star and a controversial figure all the same.
The victim, Ethan Walker, was shot and killed during a July 2016 home invasion involving Tay-K and six other individuals. Tay-K subsequently was arrested after the incident and placed on house arrest. However, he and a codefendant, Jalen Bell, cut their ankle monitors and fled authorities, leading to a nationwide manhunt. The video for “The Race” was filmed as the Arlington rapper evaded authorities.
He still faces a number of charges for other crimes such as the murder of 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldivar in a Chick-Fil-A parking lot in San Antonio as well as an assault of 65-year-old Skip Pepe in Arlington’s Cravens Park.

The Game Music Royalties Seized To Pay Off $7 Million Sexual Assault Judgement
Story Via The Blast - A judge has ordered that rapper The Game won’t see a dime of his music royalties until a $7 million judgment is paid off.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge granted a motion brought by Priscilla Rainey, which will allow her to collect any money that comes in for The Game from his record label or royalties paid to him.
The order states, “Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant from the following companies in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable: Sound Exchange, Inc., 733 10th Street NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001; and Entertainment One U.S. LP, Attn: Michael Healy, 22 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, NY 11050. "
The judge said any money owed to The Game will be paid directly to Rainey. The order warns the rapper if he fails to comply with the court order he may be found in contempt of court.
Earlier this year, Rainey asked a judge to assign her all rights, title, and royalties to any money or payments owed to The Game. She explained The Game is set to release his new album "Born to Rap" later this year.
Rainey said he still owes her $7,254,123.18 on the court judgment she won and wants all his "Born to Rap" royalties to be paid to her until the debt is settled.
She also pointed out that the rapper has blasted her on social media and publicly claimed he has no intention of paying her. Rainey asked for the court to award her the royalties.
Priscilla Rainey was a contestant on The Game's VH1 reality show "She’s Got Game." In her 2015 lawsuit, she claimed that during production the rapper sexually assaulted her by forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.
A jury awarded her $7 million in damages.
Rainey has accused the rapper of not paying a dime on the judgment and refusing to turn over information about his finances.
Boxing Legend Pernell Whitaker Killed After Being Hit By A Car
Known as “Sweet Pea” during his boxing career, Pernell Whitaker died after being struck by a car in Virginia Beach on Sunday night at the age of 55.
According to police Whitaker died from his injuries at the scene. The incident took place at 10:04 pm, Police know the driver but it’s not being said whether they are facing any charges. The incident is still being investigated at this time.
Whitaker is a four-weight world champion, he was inducted into the hall of fame in 2006. Our condolences are with his family and loved ones.
