R Kelly Investigation Discovers 20 Underage Sex Tapes

On Thursday (July 11), R. Kelly was arrested on federal sex crime charges. Now more details are emerging surrounding the booking.

On Saturday (July 13), TMZ reported the Feds have discovered 20 sex tapes that involve Kelly and underage females, leading to the arrest. According the report, most of these tapes were handed over by people who were previously part of the singer's entourage and inner circle. Law enforcement sources tell the site the videos feature multiple victims. The females in the video are confirmed by witnesses to have been underage when the videos were recorded.

Kelly was taken into custody in Chicago by NYPD detectives and Homeland Security Investigators on federal sex crime charges earlier this week. The 13-count indictment includes charges of child pornography, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice, sex trafficking and more. According to the indictment, authorities believe Kelly and his team traveled the country "to recruit women and girls to engage in illegal sexual activity with Kelly."

An underage sex tape was at the head of Kelly's trial in the mid-2000s. He was eventually acquitted of the charges in 2008.

These new charges are separate from the crimes Kelly was charged with in May, when he was arrested and charged with sexual abuse and other related crimes. Kelly could faces 30 years in prison for each count of the aggravated criminal sexual assault charges if found guilty.

Kelly entered a not-guilty plea in relation to the most recent charges. He is expected to remain in jail until his next court appearance on Tuesday (July 16).

August Alsina Hospitalized After Losing The Ability To Walk

Story Via Xxl- August Alsina is opening up about his latest medical episode that caused him to cancel a show.

On Monday afternoon (July 8), the 2014 XXLFreshman hit up his 6.2 million Instagram followers to provide an explanation for missing his scheduled set at an event for the 2019 Essence Festival in New Orleans, La. The 26-year-old artist posted a video of himself explaining what he's been going through lately while laying in a hospital bed.

"So here's the stitch," Alsina began. "I woke up one day and wasn't able to walk. Couldn't feel my legs. My doctor ended up admitting me to the hospital to do a bunch of tests and he said that I have some nerve damage going on throughout my whole body that I have to undergo a recovery process for. I don't know it's like my immunity system just went on vacation. So just waiting on it to come on back so we can get together and make it do what it do man."

August has been dealing with health problems for quite some time. After receiving eye surgery in 2015, the singer-activist told Jada Pinkett-Smith back in 2017 that he's "sick all the time" due to liver disease.

"I have a liver disease where my autoimmune system is fighting against itself," Alsina said. "The reality of it is, I'm sick all the time. I don't really like to talk about it because I'm not looking for anybody's sympathy. Don't treat me like I'm a fucking cancer patient, 'cause I'm not."

Swedish prosecutors are asking a judge to allow them to hold ASAP Rocky for 2 weeks while they investigate the alleged INCIDENT

It doesn't look like Swedish authorities have any plans of releasing A$AP Rocky anytime soon. Prosecutors have asked a judge to keep Rocky in custody for a while so they can investigate the case. In Sweden, police are generally only allowed to keep you for three days so it's clear that Rocky is a target right now.

A$AP Rocky's bodyguard will be released due to "insufficient evidence" but the rapper himself is being kept for the time being. If he's convicted of the crime, he can spend up to six years in prison.

Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Get Away Driver Tried To Tell Police, Was Turned Away

Story Via XXL - The getaway driver for Nipsey Hussle's killer claims she tried to go to the police but was instantly dismissed. Now, the desk officer who turned her way is being investigated.

According to a report the L.A. Times published last Friday (June 28), the woman who inadvertently acted as the driver of Eric Holder's getaway car claims she went to the Los Angeles Police Department a day after Holder allegedly shot Nipsey in front of his clothing store The Marathon.

Once she saw her car and license plate all over the news, the woman, who is not named due to credible threats on her life, testified that her mother called the LAPD and scheduled to come in the following morning. When she and her mother arrived at the 77th Street station in L.A., the woman told the front desk officer that her car may be tied to a murder. That's when the officer turned her away.

“One of the police officers is like, ‘Well, don’t worry about it,’ you know, ‘Don’t listen to the news,’” the woman said in her grand jury testimony in May. “My mom said, ‘Well, she needs to talk to somebody.’ But he said, ‘Don’t worry about it.’ So we just left.”

After they left, the woman went to work. However, her mother called her, later on, to tell her she saw her car on the news again. She made another attempt to tell the police and made sure to clarify her previous statements to the desk officer. Upon her return, the woman sat down for an interview with police for five hours.

Now, months after Nipsey Hussle was laid to rest, a new probe has been launched against the desk officer who turned the witness away. The Associated Press confirmed on Monday (July 1) that the department’s Office of the Inspector General has opened up an investigation into the desk officer's response to the woman.

Earlier this year, the Baton Rouge rapper and his baby mama/ex-girlfriend, Starr Thigpen, were arrested at a hotel in Atlanta for an alleged domestic violence incident. V-Link Media previously reported that prosecutors wanted to get his probation revoked as a result of the arrest in Atlanta. According to the police report, NBA YoungBoy and Starr Thigpen were occupying a hotel room that was supposed to be unoccupied. When hotel maids tried to get the room cleaned, the rapper allegedly ordered Thigpen to get them out. The female reportedly attacked the maids and slapped one of them in the face.

21 Yr Old Woman dies In Bahamas After Shark Attack

Story Via Washington Post - An American woman has died of injuries sustained in a shark attack in the Bahamas, the State Department said Thursday.

Jordan Lindsey, 21, of Torrance, Calif., was snorkeling with her family during a vacation in the Bahamas when she was attacked by three sharks Wednesday, the Associated Press reported.

The attack near Rose Island killed Lindsey, AP said, citing Royal Bahamas Police Force Deputy Commissioner Paul Rolle. The island is a small strip of land northeast of Nassau.

Lindsey was brought to shore and pronounced dead at a hospital, the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism said in a statement. The ministry said another government agency “issued precautionary advisories to the public” in response to the attack.

An investigation into Lindsey’s death is ongoing, the ministry said.

“We can confirm a U.S. citizen in the Bahamas succumbed to her injuries following a shark attack on June 26,” a State Department spokeswoman told The Washington Post in a statement. “Out of respect for her family during this difficult time, we do not have additional information to provide.”

Lindsey was a communication studies major at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, the university’s president, Timothy Law Snyder, said in a statement. She was a “devoted animal lover and climate change advocate” who had transferred from Santa Monica College, Snyder said. Lindsey participated in Loyola Marymount’s entrepreneurship society and worked at its Center for Urban Resilience, among other activities.
