The accuser states that she encountered the couple the following night at an LA nightclub, where she joined them in their VIP section. In a disturbing turn of events, she claims to have been handed a third drink by Tiny, leading to an evening that unfolded at T.I. and Tiny's hotel room.

As per Jane Doe's account, two other women present were asked to leave, leaving her alone with the celebrity couple. The lawsuit alleges that events escalated, including a claimed shared shower, leaving Jane Doe feeling lightheaded. She asserts that matters progressed in the bedroom, with Tiny allegedly pinning her down and T.I. engaging in inappropriate behavior.

The woman further details that she passed out, waking the next morning in distress. A security guard reportedly informed her that she needed to leave, citing discomfort. Jane Doe is now suing T.I. and Tiny for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment under California's Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.

In response to these allegations, a lawyer for T.I. and Tiny has categorically denied the claims, branding them as "bogus."
